Hot Room
-
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. If you do not have a mat and towel, no worries we have rentals!
-
Hydration is essential to your body's recovery. We recommend electrolytes during class and after. Bring as much water and ice as you need. We have water bottles at the studio for purchase.
-
Eat light, non-greasy foods before your hot class and avoid eating a few hours prior. After you have been to a couple classes you will better understand your body and your nutrition needs.
-
Arrive with plenty of time to prepare and ask questions. Our staff have all been in your shoes as a first time student. We are here for you, ask away!
-
Acclimating to the hot room is a different experience for each student. Allow yourself time and patience. Go at YOUR pace.
Consistency is key. Your body will acclimate quicker if you space your classes no more than 48 hours apart.

We focus on precision, control, and alignment, not flashy or exaggerated movements. Each small, intentional motion is designed to activate deep stabilizing muscles, improve posture, and build long-term strength from the inside out.
