At Unified, we offer a range of Reformer Pilates class formats, intentionally designed without level-based divisions.
Each class supports you at your current stage, with guided variations and progressions that allow you to move at your own pace. Whether you're building your foundation or exploring more advanced movement, you choose the intensity that feels right for you—every class is adaptable, personal, and uniquely yours.
Reformer Pilates
Class Description: Looking to sculpt, tone, and feel the burn? This class is for you! Reformer Pilates is a powerful full-body workout that uses a spring-loaded resistance machine to engage deep muscles, improve posture, and build serious core strength.
Studio Temperature: Non Heated
Fitness Level: All levels welcome

Power Reformer Pilates
Class Description: Power Reformer: Pilates, Supercharged!
Power Reformer takes everything you love about Reformer Pilates and cranks it up with heavy weights, resistance bands, balls, and other props to deliver a seriously powerful, sweat-dripping, muscle-sculpting workout.

Cardio Reformer Pilates
Class Description: Cardio Reformer Pilates is a jumpboard reformer class — a heart-pumping, low-impact workout that fuses the grace of Pilates with the energy of cardio.
